A resident card will be issued to individuals residing within the Shelbyville
city limits. Proof of residence can be established with a driver's license, voter's
registration card, or state ID. Children over the age of three may obtain a card
with a parent's signature.
Non-resident cards are issued as family cards to families living outside the
city limits. Fees are set using state guidelines. Non-residents with cards have the
same privileges as residents. |
